Vegetarian options: Joined queue, only to find car in front still hadn't been served after 2 cars were served and went in other lane. Two more cars came and went in other lane and we were still sitting there waiting to be served until we both joined the other lane eventually.
Only way to sort this is to get one person taking orders for each lane and one person dealing with the money side. Not good!

Massive swings between good and bad food, no consistency in weather you get cold or hot food, and hot drinks are just as bad.

Wheelchair accessibility: Wheel chair access but inside is small and bit cramped so may pose as an issue.

The worst McDonald's restaurant I would say.
Tables not cleaned from the night before.
Bins full and not emptied.
Dirty toilets at times.
Really poor service - noone on the front desk area leading to customers having to ask for service.
Poorly managed by someone who clearly needs management / customer service training.
To update, two months later and still the worst McDonald's I've visited. Arriving at 7.30, tables dirty and bins full. Asked manager to clean, she was rude saying she'd only just arrived. I asked for a cloth to clean it myself and she replied that she would do it....she didn't. Awful manager who has previous for rudeness, probably think she's too good to clean...she isn't.
It took the helpful front of house to come in at 8.00 and clean. Surely the manager should ensure seating area is clean as her first priority?

The service is so slow at this particular site at Cardiff gate. I?ve been here Number times and always waiting at least 20 minutes half hour for food to come when sitting in.

The night staff one guy and another girl was very bad service they take long time smoking outside but other side the customer are waiting if you ask them when they back from break they said they dont know anything they don?t even know how to behave with customers. I don?t know how McDonald?s give job to this type people.
Very bad service for night if you came at night for food then you will realise what I mean
