Went through Drive Through find the Service completely backwards.. Drinks one section @ the food on the other section.. Then waiting 4 the food then see other drivers get there food in the first section to me that is completely wrong @ The Big Mac-does not look happy cold @ chips? if there was a ?0? I never go here as food always cold I only came here 4 my son? Most definitely will not be coming back?.

Thanks to just eat and deliveroo and all the other delivery services, this place has gone downhill. Walk in customers are no longer a priority. Food is always cold. More interested in getting the deliveries out.

It's a long time since I last ate at a McDonald's and I'd been looking forward to trying their Fries. I've never thought the burgers were very tasty but then, I don't have the barbeque sauce and the gherkins.
This time the burger was even more of a disappointment. The meat lacked flavour, the cheese too, and the bun was well beyond doughy. But the fries were the real let down. True, they weren't greasy but there appeared to be no seasoning and not much taste.
But you should realise that this review is written by an old person and if McDonald's lights you up then you'll ignore it.

Quick delivery and worth the money ?

Either drive to another McDonald's or go somewhere else! The service here is diabolical. I try to avoid this place if I possibly can but sometimes I'm passing and think to myself, "maybe it's improved". Sadly it never seems to. Last week I sat at the speaker for some time waiting, a car then pulled up to the other speaker and was greeted straight away. I drove off!
Today I waited at the speaker and was sat for 3 minutes 40 seconds. It doesn't sound long but that's a long time at a drive through. I then drove to the first window to order. It was unmanned. Waited for another minute or two then got to order. A nice simple order, 2 coffee's and 2 flatbread's. The 2 cars in front took a long time. I thought that would give time to get my order ready. I thought wrong, the flatbread's were quick but the coffee took an age. The whole experience took 11 minutes, there was no one waiting at the speaker when I arrived and only 2 cars ahead of me. Not acceptable when people are trying to get to work. Hopefully I learned my lesson this time.

Changing my review due to too many terrible experiences. Food: 9/10 times something is missing. Service: very unprofessional, and poor. A restaurant where there is clearly no discipline, no respect and just no need to better itself.
