No receipt paper in the machine. Stood at till not collection counter, got ignored by the customer service person. My order came but obv?s couldn?t prove it was mine, asked for a receipt, counter operative asked the customer excellence person for a receipt, customer service excellence professional said to counter op whilst stood in front of the receipt printer ? yeah he?ll have to wait a minute? excellent customer service - NOT I did have to wait a minute thing is I already had been waiting more than a minute, if only the customer service excellence professional did their job this rubbish feedback would have been better, Manager came to the counter just as was waiting and asked me ?are you being dealt with?? As it was, I was. Just had to wait a min. Atmosphere was rubbish I think the customer service excellence professional brilliance person was having a moment.

Popped in quickly en-route home from work tired and hungry. The staff and service are always great, but I do find the parking a little scarce on times (although I did park).

I recently visited this McDonald's, and it was one of the worst experiences I've ever had. The place was absolutely filthy. The floors looked like they hadn?t been cleaned in weeks, maybe even months. The bins were overflowing, with rubbish spilling onto the floor. The tables were dirty, covered in leftover food and stains, and the ipads for children was sticky and unclean. The toilets were in a shocking state?clearly, no one had bothered to clean them, perhaps ever. It's hard to believe a place like this is still operating. Completely unacceptable hygiene standards. Avoid at all costs.

A quiet Monday evening impromptu visit to McDonald's following a trip to Asda.
The order screens where not printing receipts and no table place numbers available.
The order was delivered to the table without fries so needed to back to the counter to collect. They where sadly cold and had been in the lamp light for a while as certainly where not fresh.
The restaurant wasn't busy but tables where left with rubbish and the sauce despenser was empty.
Parking: One way around the restaurant keeping to the left as you drive in.

Bins always smell inside with fruit flies buzzing everywhere. But im always hesitant as it's off and on some nights it'll be the best McDonald's I've had crispy hot fries a neat burger all sauce plus knives and forks with a great attitude but 80% 90% of the time there rude don't want to work there and just take any pride in themselves or the job they wanted to work at but to the very few who work untill close and actually say have a great night enjoy your food ask if need anything thank you keep up the good work not like your co workers!!
