Fairly good as McDs go. The wraps are generally well wrapped with top open and bottom firmly folded shut. Importantly, the chicken is successfully placed top and bottom, and not side by side, as well as having good distribution of fillings/sauce. 10/10.
5th star would have been achieved if the salad ingredients were effectively tempered. Often the wraps have deliciously piping hot chicken let down by freezing cold lettuce and tomato/cheese etc.
The chicken salads are good, but same issue with being so cold as not tempered. The Caesar salad dressing is well-missed from years ago.

First of all your staff all spend there time chatting rather than working because of this whenever I go in store the service is incredibly slow and it seems like no one actually knows what's in stock the last time I was there in person I ordered big macs after waiting for 15 mins a member of staff came up to me they ran out of big Mac sauce so I said that's fine make them without them when our food arrived to my surprise we had big Mac sauce in our burgers so idk if your staff just cannot be bothered to check your store rooms or fridges maybe some additional training on using your eyes in the work place its honestly ridiculous.
Secondly Newport road has been the only McDonald's to have given me food poisoning for 2 days straight so I dread to think about your employers hygiene.
Third and lastly don't order from Newport road online as they always miss items off order once I ordered cheese dippers no salsa and I was sent the salsa but not the dippers absolute joke. They also constantly miss items off in store but atleast your already in the shop when it happens.
I love McDonald's but honestly Newport road is in desperate need of new management re training and a health inspection certainly couldn't hurt neither the store is dirty sort it out

Good food, used the drive thru and they'd missed off 2 of the burgers so had to back track and go back around, slightly annoying but at least the food was good when we got it.

Unfortunately, this morning's breakfast order was a complete muck up, from two rashers of streaky bacon in the bacon roll, which barely covered half the roll, to no hash brown with the breakfast and finally a latte instead of a toffee latte. It's not convenient to just turn around and return, come on staff wake up.

Disappointed Every Time ? Missing Items & Bad Service
I don?t know why I keep giving this McDonald's another chance, but every time I go, they forget part of my order. This time, I specifically asked for a box of pickles, and guess what? Never got it. On top of that, my order was missing other items too, and the service was just awful. The employees seemed like they didn?t care, barely acknowledged me, and acted like I was the problem for asking for what I paid for. send like they were purposely keeping it behind for themselves to snack on.
If you enjoy getting only half of what you order and dealing with attitude, this is the place for you. Otherwise, go somewhere else where they actually get your food right.

15 mins through the drive thru, with just 3 vehicles?
Got the coffees wrong first so had to take them back. Then 10 mins later the food comes, as we are driving off we realise we haven't been given the hash browns or my sons orange juice. Which he likes to take to school.. newport road is way to busy to turn around on a weekday so that wasn't an option. Has been shocking for a few weeks now, and we come every Monday morning. Not any more!

Not very nice staff

Since the refurb the place looks dark and uninviting. Soulless with a tiny counter and making human contact as minimal as possible by the looks of it. The staff that I did see were friendly but the place looks very dystopian.
Overall it feels very cold and uninviting and not somewhere I really want to go to eat food now.
