Waited for over half hour for food in waiting bay after going through drive through. Had to go in to find out we were forgotten about. When food was finally brought out food was cold definitely will be going to Burger King from now on when down the bay

We have a bad experience today. we did not get the order we ordered it was really bad even to exchange the order. we couldn't get any staff to exchange it.

Absolutely disgusting. Went today & Ordered 9 nuggets with my meal, ate one and it was cold, felt the others and they were cold, asked for fresh ones and a staff member came out and gave me a box and said "here's your fresh ones" They were 100% dipped into the fryer because I got 8 back that were covered in grease and tasted like rubber. Confronted the manager who promised they weren't recooked. Definitely were. Absolutely vile

Walked in 15 mins before closing and got told they cant change dress a burger as a mac. Never been refused that option until i had to use this place.
Havent used them in years and then this is the service u get when u request the food to be the way u want it. Buther king and kfc from now on.

My Dad and I decided to have a McDonalds breakfast, once arrived we ordered our food but we specifically asked for 2 plain sausage without any cheese ( we had made this very clear ) we had got our food and my dad had noticed there was cheese on the sausage. My dad asked the lady nicely if we could change this and luckily she did. We were about to leave until my dad opened his food as you can see from the photo below. It did NOT look good, and they forgot to add the sausage, with all these cases my dad had no choice but to complain. The lady could not comprehend with him and in the end she left and never came back. Please make sure your food is able to eat without getting yourself covered in brown sauce, thanks.

It's McDonald's, ain't it. There all the same, cheap, overpriced food. Hate it , but I still go. More fool us
