You can only expect to get the correct order through drive through 50% of the time. They seem to have a particular affinity for giving out sausage & egg mcmuffins despite ordering (and paying for) precisely not that - it's happened on at least 4 occasions in the last year.

Stay away at all costs this store is dirty they have inadequately trained staff. And everyone who answers the phone completely forget that customers can also record calls for training and monitoring purposes I have 2 amazing phone calls that will be sent to the regional manager so they can listen in and then put the staff through re-training.
The food was cold should have never of left the establishment but when I called in the salary manager come to the phone and said I can check your order on cctv I said it?s ok I have the receipt so you can check that l, he said no I will have to look at the cctv I said how is that going to tell you if the food is hot or cold? ???? and well the answer to that was just diabolical so if the regional manager don?t take necessary action then I will just upload it to my friends YouTube channel see with over 1M subscribers and see how that goes for them ?

Cold Crunchy pancakes was a new experience this morning. I thought as it was 7am they would be fresh but it seems they cook them, burn them, leave them out in the cold and then sell them to unsuspecting customers. Awful...

Drive thru is an absolute nightmare, slow and workers don?t speak good enough English and they?re trying to take orders. Food was cold and when I took the food inside to tell them they made me wait 20 minutes to get replacement food. I won?t be back.

Had to wait 30 minutes for food was spoken too like I was a lesser form of life when complaining, then complained about the toilets see photo attached and was told ?you don?t work here so don?t tell me how to do my job? by the manager shinshir I believe his name was.

1 of the cleanest fast food restaurants I have see in all of Wales. The food was great the service was excellent and the atmosphere was brilliant so we have given this restaurant 5 star's for all of the above, and would recommend that anyone in the Cardiff City area will enjoy eating at this restaurant.

today i visited the mcdonald?s in leckwith as i was in college and was fancying a mcdonald?s breakfast. however, i was totally disappointed as i was met at my table by a rude cleaner who shoved her finger in my face and spoke to me in a rude manor. she then proceeded to refuse to bring my food to my table service number i am totally disappointed. this is totally unacceptable acceptable.
