The girl that was working at around 6am this morning was an absolute angel? I had a bad night out and she saw me crying by the counter, gave me my food, said everything will be okay and reassured me. I don?t know her name but she seemed so sweet I wish her well, thanks girlie ??

I placed an £80 order on the mcdonalds app, the order was cancelled after about an hour without a warning, called the store, no answer, contacted customer service, they said I'd get my refund within 14 business days, I've waited and still no refund, and I've tried to contact the store again and no answer, and the virtual assistant in the app is no help at all.

Dear McDonald?s Customer Service,
I am writing to report a deeply concerning incident that took place at 12/14 Queen St, Cardiff CF10 2BU . One of your employees, who was wearing a scarf on his head, displayed extremely unprofessional and racist behavior. He was shouting and screaming at an elderly man in a completely unacceptable manner.
This kind of behavior is not only disrespectful but also goes against the values of McDonald?s as an inclusive and welcoming establishment. I hope this matter is taken seriously, and appropriate action is taken to ensure that all customers are treated with respect.
Please let me know how you plan to address this situation. I look forward to your response.

Such a poor service here at this restaurant. How the most simple orders can not be done is beyond belief. Your charging over the odds prices for such a sub-standard service. Even when trying to complain about the order by phone, no one answered.

So advertised as 24 hour, i go there 17.01.2025 @ 04.37 and it's closed.
Guard on the steps filling his face and at least 1 other behind the counter cleaning.

A large two story McDonald with self order stands. Meal delivery to table is available in this store. This store has very slow service due to the amount of people going there, expect around 10 to 20 minutes of wait time from time of order. Cleanliness is average, with many flies around the bins and relatively clean table and seats.

McDonald's queen street is dirty and crowded. I waited 20 mins for food. Toilets are always filthy.
