Put an order through uber eats and received wrong order?

The worst experience ever. Worst customer service. Ordered a whole baby chicken through uber eats but got a pizza. Call the shop to enquire about that. Walked all way to the shop at 2 am as the didn?t take the call. A staff call in between the way and when reached the shop they gave another parcel but it was also not what i ordered when I unwrapped it from home. The staff were unprofessional and rude to me and talking like it was not their problem. Call the shop again as they gave different food even at the second time but a staff behaved inappropriately and was really rude and told me not to order from their shop anymore. The staff?s don?t even know the importance of customer service and how to show respect to their profession. And the given food taste terrible. It was salty and smells terrible.

After a lovely night out at the SU, I was thoroughly disappointed with the service and manorisms of the staff of this local establishment. They were rude and very snappy at customers. The food was okay for the price but overall very disappointed. I hope this reaches the right people and helps to change the attitudes of the workers (who I?m sure are lovely people outside of work)

The staff in here are extremely unprofessional. A friend of mine dropped his chips by accident and picked them all back up for the workers and politely asked them to bin it, for the staff member to then throw the chips (covered in gravy) at my friend and push other paying customers out the shop. Including shoving girls out of the way that were not in the situation. The staff are aggressive and rude, I will not be returning here again, I should have never returned when I found out they finger customers round the back.

Restauraunt staff called me to refuse my uber delivery and refuse refund because the first driver cancelled the delivery and they claim they didn't get paid by uber. Told then to sort it with uber and not hold my money or food hostage. Were extremely rude and aggressive to both me and the second uber driver

Terrible service. Staff are rude towards customers and no respect shown. Pathetic behaviour and no responsibility towards food. Not really bothered with food whether it gets cold or warm. They just bake pizzas and place them on owen. Food ratings should be less than 2.
