Great local, with a mix of student heavy atmosphere on one side and a more chilled locals area at the front. Good amount of screens for sport, and no shortage of visitors, which can get very busy during the university months!

A local, student friendly pub in the heart of Cathays, serving great value pub grub and huge selection of drinks. With BT & Sky Sport coverage, 2 pool tables, a dart board and the cheapest jukebox in the area, The Makintosh and it's lovely beer garden are a local favourite.
