THE best massage ive ever had from a lovely lady called Leah! She listened to what i wanted during my Tailor Made massage and made sure i was relaxed and all the areas were targeted. She was super nice and gave recommendations for the area too. After being to many Lush Spas i would say this one is the top for me

Friends bought me a voucher for a ?good hour? treatment, two things? these friends have gone up on my favourites list, and Leia (who did the treatment) has wizard skills? the best massage I have had in the U.K ??I feel so relaxed and refreshed.

Went to buy my friend a birthday present and ended up having the most wonderful experience with the lovely Nel. She talked me through the various gift boxes and let me try some out, also gave me a lovely hand massage! She very kindly gave me a tour of the spa upstairs as it was something I was considering booking the the future. The service was brilliant and she?s an absolute credit to your store :) I left the shop feeling so lovely and want to make sure she gets some credit! Thank you Nel!

I treated my little girl to a night away and shopping at Swansea for mother's day after a very difficult week. I can definitely recommend the young lady called Thora deserves a promotion or pay rise or something. We were in there for an hour and she treated my (8yo) little girl with the respect and attentiveness that an adult would receive. My little one received a pamper and a guided tour, and Thora went out of her way to engage in a person centred approach to make her feel special. She gave good recommendations and wasn't pushing any sales or new products on us like I've previously experienced at lush. Upon leaving, my little one even wanted a photo with her new "friend". I would highly recommend and I'm so grateful to Thora for making her experience a special one

From start to finish Leah was welcoming calming and friendly, all the extra details from the spell to the tea make it an immersive experience. The Spell treatment was wonderful to help me relax and forget about worries. The head massage felt amazing and my feet have never felt so soft. All the products used were indulgent and I left feeling grounded relaxed and pampered. Thank you.

Popped in to get some hand cream for myself as I've neglected my hands a bit recently with working in a garage, was served by Mathew and I explained that they've been neglected a bit because I work in a garage, and without hesitation he said wait here and he walked over to get another product, when he got back it was the hand scrub and told me that it was on the house and would make the cream work more effective, many thanks Mathew, I will indeed pay it forward :)

I went into Lush looking for bar shampoos/soaps for travelling in the summer. Liam was amazing. He explained all the products and showed us how to use them and gave his own personal recommendations and suggested other products that might be suitable and which we ended up buying. What a fab member of staff. We felt so looked after and welcomed by Liam.
