I had a very bad experience today. The elderly cashier lady was very rude. Shaking her head for no reason. No polite communication just blunt rude ?. May be because of the colour of my skin. However, the rest of the staff was quite polite and resolved my problem happily.

So I went to this branch as I needed a letter for something, was met with rude behaviour from the branch manager who was extremely arrogant, and egotistical, I was so shocked at how badly I was being treated, branch manager Chris was clearly on a power trip so I ended up reporting him to the lloyds bank customer service, they instantly compensated me for his actions. Worst experience so far in my life, make sure you report as I did and you will most likely be compensated, I could've taken action further to sue this man but it was resolved on the day so no further complaints.

Polite and helpful staff (when it's open), only downside is never seems to be open when you need them!!

I had my online banking access suspended and it was a painful process. I made phone calls after phone calls and I had to make several of them in the branch. I would give 0 stars to the process but the staff in the branch were very nice and helpful. I had to call Lloyds using their landline and I was allowed to stay half an hour after they were supposed to close. One of them was following my case all the way and had been a great help. I was so in the process and I forgot to ask her name. I didn't even get to say goodbye to her because I had to leave in a rush to stop extending their work time. I hated the process but I'm very grateful for the assistant and understanding from the staff. While I was waiting on the line after their closing time, I can see they are still helping clients to make sure everyone leaves happily.

I struggled over the years with this brunch. very very problematic staff they won?t even answer the simple questions. Always one counters open. other staff just walking around doing nothing. I was spoken in a very aggressive manner by one of the member of staff on 30 of July 2024 just asking a very basic question Extremely disappointed

Just useless staff, worst customer experience I have ever seen, even on the phone just wasted time with all the verification , wanted to buy something with my own money just to say no I can?t purchase it just to go back to the branch . Lucky enough I got an account with another bank and done it 2 mins. No wonder most of their stores are shutting down

Really bad customer service from the front staff. Not even friendly and kept me waiting for 5 - 10 minutes while they kept on chatting between their colleagues. Not attentive to the customers.

This is the closest branch after closing Rumney. They close at 4pm when the earliest I finish work is 3pm, and I drive NO WHERE TO PARK. This is a service industry WHAT SERVICE!!!1 Star because I can't give 0.

The Wellfield rd Cardiff branch of Lloyds is an absolutely great local bank. All the staff are really friendly, super helpful. Chris in particular has been fantastic helping facilitate me manage an ill relatives account for the past 2 years

I'm changing bank. Lloyds & hsbc closed today, other banks are open. You never there when needed.
