Worst customer service of any branch I've been too, withdrew £1,100 pounds. My local branch always gives me an envelope for that amount of cash, the woman said I couldn't have one. When I said I didn't feel comfortable walking around cardiff with that amount of cash loose, she said she couldn't help me and seemed visible happy about being able to refuse me. After some time there was no willingness to help with my genuine concern so I left unhappy.

I have been to this banks so many times and there is 2 ladies who are very rude and give people ugly stares. I dont recomment this branch as it is now welcoming.

Very Rude customer service.
I explained that I had an appointment in the job centre and needed a paper version of a bank statement!
Which they was refusing to hand over .

Always received good service here. When I went in recently for bank statements, Paula went above and beyond to make sure I had the right ones for visa application. She even showed me how to get more for my savings. Very happy customer!!

Its not a good experience, queues, not enough counter staff, and they are poorly trained.
Its not much better in Victoria Park either, banks used to be helpful and professional, not any longer.

Very poor customer service. Specially the receptionist, she was too rude. Came there looking for help thrice and was refused all three times. They literally bitched Infront of us , we could hear it out loud. I would never recommend this bank , especially for international students like me.

I've been with Lloyds for years and the service I receive here has been second to none. The only reason I've given four stars is because of the wait, which can be quite long! Go prepared for this is my advice.

Horrible every time I come.Endless waits , and the staff don't treat you with respect. Definitely won't recommend to anyone, especially if you are looking for a new bank .
