I?ll give 1 star. My nurse and doctors I?ve seen have been brilliant. However the receptionist are just have a foul attitude. Called them up as I?m trying to managed my daughter stomach bug and was concerned as she had a temperature and wouldn?t come downShe goes ? why didn?t you call at 8am?Sorry it didn?t occur sooner. She advices me that a temperature on a child of 37.8 is ?normal? she said she?ll put me on a board and then I asked for advice while waiting for the doctors what to do if she gets worst she said ?I?m not medically trained? yet she had an opinion and ?medically know what a perfect temperature was. I used to work in healthcare I don?t know why they speak to us patient is such disrespect. If we was to mirror it, we?ll get done for abuse. Should work two ways

couldn't agree with the last comments more on this place a useless surgery always has been and always will be. they have now changed the appointment's routine now to phoning for an appointment so the recepinists can now sit around and drink coffee all day. just tried to get through by phone but they only have one line and guess what it's constantly engage. pull it down and build a supermarket in it's place far more useful to the community than asd a doctors surgery

Need a health MOT? On registration at LMG health checks are offered for all new patients over five years old. Meet The LMG Team: Dr Mary O'Sullivan, Dr Iorwerth Harries, Dr Mark Thomas, Dr Albert Guillem, Dr Siân Davies and Dr Jonathan Salisbury. Two senior nurses at the practice are trained to deal with emergencies on the day. These include minor infections, eg ear, throat, chest and urinary problems, also skin problems and rashes. They work in consultation with a doctor. It would be helpful therefore when requesting an emergency appointment, if you are prepared to state the nature of your problems. Should the doctor refer you to a counsellor, there are regular sessions available at the practice which makes life more convenient for you. The practice also offers minor surgery, child health surveillance, immunization of children, maternity care services, family planning, cervical smear and well woman clinics.

This doctor's surgery is truly awful. Do NOT join it if you have any choice whatsoever. If its a non-emergency doctors appointment or not a call back then you cannot make a pre-booked apoointment but have wait in an enormous queue outside until the open when its first come first served. This means you have wait in the freezing cold from about 7.45am just to get an appointment before 11am. Its always busy and they've cancelled appointments for me twice and there never seem to be enough doctors for the number of patients they have. The nurses are nice but thats about the only good thing i can say for them.
