Few complications with my car repair but overall excellent service. They provided me with a courtesy car to prevent me from losing work bit pricey but you get what you pay for Rob Lee and cath all lovely very professional will definitely use this garage again hopefully not such a stressful experience with my car next time . I was delighted by the service provided by Roberto today. My car developed a nasty intermittent noise when driving on the motorway. The problem was fixed promptly and skilfully and the cause was clearly explained to me .Thank you

Not a negative review as all previous experiences have been excellent but after booking in over the phone and driving 2 hours to Cardiff to find that my booking hadn't been made, I'm really disappointed

Great service. I was 2 days late getting my car in for a booking but it was no issue at all to reschedule and the service provided was very efficient and at a good price. As a local person I know the business has been present in the same location with a good reputation for many years.

Friendliest service I've ever had at a garage, felt welcomed as soon as I walked in which as a young woman you don't get too often at a garage if I'm honest.I was really grateful for how forgiving the garage was about my lateness - I was almost an hour late to my appointment (which they penciled me in for at the last minute at my request) because I got the time wrong and then got turned around on my there. The staff was still incredibly kind and warm to me when I arrived.Service was prompt and took exactly as long as they said it would.I have had so many poor experiences with garages in the past and happy to have found this one. I'll be returning for future repairs and recommending you to others. Thank you so much.

was stuck during valentines weekend with no car and Lewis Motors helped me out massively. i was in cardiff visiting someone and my car had issues. They were able to not only fix my car, they gave me courtesy car to still be able to get round town. Honest business and i would happily go there again even though i am from london.
