Would definitely recommend this pharmacy. I was having earache and was able to book an appointment with the pharmacist straight away. Stephen was great and I received the treatment I needed. So pleased I was able to get treated so quickly.

Had problem with my ears and couldn?t get appointment with doctor. The prescribing pharmacist here ( only 4 of these in Cardiff) did thorough examination, had access my NHS computer record and was able to issue an NHS prescription to me.It was such a good experienceStephen, the pharmacist, is to be thoroughly recommended for his calm, friendly manner and professional expertise. My first point of call in the future.

I recently visited Lakeside pharmacy to ask for advice about a nasal infection. I was helped by the new prescribing pharmacist Stephen, who was very professional and helpful. He examined my nose and prescribed me with Naseptin cream. The infection soon cleared up. It was so easy, no early morning phone calls to try to book a GP appointment. Great efficient service. Thank you.

Stephen the new Pharmacist was very professional and really gentle with my daughter who was poorly recently with Strep A. Swabbed and given antibiotics really promptly. Saved a GP visit, fantastic service. Thank you.

I live locally and visit this pharmacy almost every day. The blonde manageress and the main pharmacist are lovely, very polite and welcoming. They also have some beautiful present ideas there to purchase for some one special. Top rated pharmacy in my opinion ?

My local pharmacy closed its doors which left me kind of helpless. This pharmacy offered to deliver my medication which was a lifesaver. Great staff. Really helpful. 1st class.
