Ordered from the screen and payed also . The machine didn?t print my order to double check .Messed up completely the kids order . 3 large meals for kids with chips and drinks . I drive 20 min to go home and serve the food to my kids !What to find . All the orders was all with baked beans and not large meals all small ! Thief?s The audacity to say on a phone you swapped for beans what 5 different orders all with beans . Lying staff , disgusting service , rush rush rush . No respect . For me I would never order from these place online either in person . Very disappointed! Change the staff or you going to close down soon

Ordered via Just Eat. Missing item. KFC refused refund as I had accepted the sealed bag with code. But I would not be handed the bag without the code. You expect a supplier such as KFC to get it right first time. What was received was tasty.

Staff are totally unhelpful, there is usually a fight going on in some corner of the shop between delivery guys and staff. Severely understaffed. Avoid going in if at all possible.

I walked in and ordered a double chicken bucket, and a member of staff said she would need to get someone else to help with the order !! I was confused. Why, then I take it must of been the manager who came over and said they don't have any chicken the time was 22.10 they are open till 23.00hrs I said your restaurant is manly chicken what do you mean no chicken was then told don't have a go it's not there fault the ovens go off at 22.00hrs so why stay open till 23.00 if they don't cook anything after 22.00. All I would say don't waste your time going there.

I recently visited KFC and was extremely disappointed with my experience. Despite the promise of receiving my order within 7 minutes, I had to wait a full 20 minutes for my food. I ordered chicken wings, original chicken, and a chicken fillet, but the chicken fillet was far too salty to enjoy. Overall, the quality of the food did not live up to expectations, and the delay in service was frustrating. I had high hopes but left disappointed.
Would definitely reconsider my options next time.

Went through the drive through and the two young man on the till and pick up window had great customer service and a sense of humour too!

This has to be the worst most unappealing burger in the history of Human Civilization. I took a bite into it and immediately noticed something was wrong. It seemed a bit....devoid of any filling. When I opened it up, I saw only 4 very small pieces of lettuce had been put on there.(see ohoto)
I know places like these get busy, but this is no time based oversight. This is plain lazy and sloppy behaviour by the staff member who prepared it. I don't think I'll ve ordering from here again.

I arrived at the store at 2215 hrs to be told they had run out of chicken pieces. I know it was closing in 45 minutes but to run out of chicken. This is the second time this has happened the first time 2100hrs to 2200 hrs. I do not receive this problem at other KFCs.
