Took 30 mins to repeat my order. And when it was finally handed to me, I was informed some of the options liked sides and drinks I had ordered were now unavailable and gave me free fries instead of a bottle of Pepsi, free fries instead of corn on the cob and free fries instead of hot wings. What a joke

Good KFC, no coffee served here even though it's advertised on the order machines. Staff are friendly, food's always great.

Arrived at 9.51pm they said you can't eat in even tho doors are open.
They say they close eating in at 10 and drive through open till 11. No sign of this online.

Food was good, as was the service. It wasn't too crowded for a Friday night. Easy access from outside, no steps to negotiate. Easy free parking outside.

Very clean and tidy, warm and welcoming
One member of staff a older gentleman I think he calls himself aj really stand out because of his friendly attitude to customers and staff he is very polite and helpful keep up the good work. The only thing was not one member of staff had a name badge on.

I ordered a bucket list of 10 pieces last 02oct at 6pm, i feel really disappointed because they give me 5 chicken lets to much, i used to go to KFC across uk but here I feel like so disappointed they didn't give Chichén breast, chicken wings and tighs, i Can't believe i got 5 chicken let this is so insane
The food was delicious but all the tables was dirty . There weren't nobody in there just my husband and me.
I think you can improve much better your service for food and clean

Decent KFC. Was a bit off put by the service interaction when I missed the ordering intercom (not obvious) and went to the first window (as per other KFC I've gone too) which had a sign saying window closed so when I got to the collection window (there was no cars Infront or behind me) I was abruptly told I had to drive back round.
I understand the process but given id already placed and paid for order online aswell as not a single car in the drive through they could of helped me out
