Much better. Upgrade from 1 star to 4 star.
Staff much friendlier. Hooray for decent customer service! Food quicker. The refit is impressive.
Inside could be cleaner after customers as 50% of tables needed cleaning when we arrived.
Car park still dirty, glass everywhere and bins still partly in the disabled bay over flowing.
Staff so much better than previously.
Toilets clean but cramped.
OLD REVIEW
Tried it again yesterday. Still the same bad service. Drive through female staff member was rude, attitudal, and really couldn't care less about demonstrating any ounce of customer service.
Went to pay. No eye contact. No thankyou. Food was mediocre and badly wrapped. Order was incorrect.
Car park was full of rubbish.
Such a bad experience.
Will not bother again. It's the same issues as the last few times.
Parking: No disabled Bay
Bins block access.

What a worse takeaway experience ever!!!! The food was cold and couldn't believe that the chicken was raw ?. Wouldn't recommend a visit to this KFC. Overall ruined my appetite and absolutely disgusting

A lot of machinery requires plenty of lubrication for gears, cogs and shafts to work and slide in properly. My body is a machine, an eating machine and when I ordered my KFC gravy bucket meal order with no gravy, that was like going in dry. Next New Year?s eve, get the order right because everything else was perfect.

Place is dirty, Bins stink, toilets stink and the food was stale also tasted like they hadn't changed the oil in 3 months. Don't go here.

Orders not listened to and therefore mistakes made. Customer service was bad not willing to change orders once been made.

Food was cold despite the restaurant being empty on an early Monday afternoon and also hot wings missing from order. Will not be returning.
Also no safety triangle in bathroom for wet floor could have easily slipped and fallen in there.
