Love this brand. Yes, it's not as well known as some others but for me Jottnar is one of the best. Why? High quality, great fit - I prefer it on the snugger side - and the customer service is great. My go to brand for tech jackets.I've just bought the Fenrir. Love the insignia colour, only thing I'd improve is an outer chest pocket but everything thing else is spot on. For the spec, it's so warm.

Jottnar products are of the highest quality. I've tried lots of brands for a wide range of outdoor activities and these guys are the real deal. So far I've bought the Fjorm down jacket, the Grim hard shell jacket and the Vanir hard shell trousers.They're all made with excellent materials and they've really thought of everything, like a slight stretch to the wrist cuffs so you can get the jacket on without undoing the velcro every time, or the reinforced trousers hem so they'll last longer. These products are built to last!The customer service is also excellent - I had some questions, which had amazingly fast and very helpful responses from the customer service team. Delivery was rapid and everything was delivered exactly as expected.I highly rate this brand - well worth the money!

I have been using Jottnar for the past 2 years. As a landscape photographer I find myself in some rather harsh conditions, often standing about being battered by the weather. I have purchased and extensive range of items from them, from thermals, mid layers, down jackets and hard shell. All have performed like what is to be expected and I have remained warm and dry.In response to some that have mentioned customer service. On 2 occasions i have had a problem with a hard shell jacket. On both occasions the matter has been dealt with and rectified within days. A new item sent out on both occasions. I have had ZERO problems with any other item. On both occasions I have dealt with Morgan who has been absolutely fantastic. Personally i can not recommend Morgan or Jottnar highly enough for a complete quality service. Yes they are expensive, but they do often have sales, and you get what you pay for in the end. I would sooner spend to be warm and dry rather than save to be cold and wet.

As a larger male it can be difficult to find clothing that fits well in American sizing, but this brand both fits perfectly in XL and looks great! Will definitely order more in the future!

This company is a scam!The worst customer service I've ever experienced! Very rude and unhelpful!I regret buying anything from them!Please don't buy anything from this company if you don't want to be scammed! They will sell you rubbish and you will never get refund when you realise you've been fooled!

One of the best companies had the pleasure of dealing with. Can not priase the fast professional service of Jottnar enough. Hoofing kit and extremely robust, the Hodr stand out as a favourite presently. Would have every but of kit if I could get it in a XXL. However the items I do have are ?

Discovered the seem edges are failing/fraying on my year old jacket, customer service were unhelpful, agree with others comments for a company who sells very expensive garments I've had far better service from other manufacturers
