The guys are friendly and the service is brilliant every time. Any issues are explained in detail so there's never any unexpected costs at the end. Believe it was Jordan who I dealt with. First visit was perfect, excellent customer service but car started playing up again so took it back. No communication throughout the day was just told when I had to ring late afternoon,"no way I can fix this as I'm booked up for 2 and a half weeks"When I dared to question why I hadn't been made aware after first visit that problem could return (because they apparently knew this), I was spoken over and patronised repeatedly.When at the garage and asking for further information as to why things hadn't been explained properly on my first visit, Jordan's reaction was to scoff and say "look, these cars are complicated, not like an appliance you'd find in the home." My apologies, I've only just learnt how to switch on the television.I'm sure they do a good job there but definitely send a guy down with your car. He'd get more respect when being spoken to.Services: Auto engine diagnostic

Best Garage around. Dan & the boys are unreal. Replaced the clutch and flywheel on my 08 Audi S5 4.2L V8 among other things, No small job if you know your cars. I booked in for an mot and service, the mot was carried out, no problem, I was advised that since my car had low mileage since my last service, a service would not be necessary, I thought this was very honest of them, they could have carried it out regardless, with me incurring unnecessary extra costs.
