“We had a wonderful experience at Pravins in the Cardiff store. Sam was so patient, helpful, and went above and beyond to make sure we had the right wedding ring for us. He got to know us on a personal level and he was very thoughtful throughout the process. I was very indecisive, (wedding rings are a big decision!), I went into the store numerous times and didn’t once feel rushed or pressured into making a decision. We were welcomed with open arms and offered a drink every time too! I can’t recommend Pravins enough, I was shocked at how rude other jewellers were. “I was looking for an independent jewellers to design a bespoke piece of jewellery for my wife to celebrate our 25th wedding anniversary. Brooklinde came out top in my research and I definitely made the right choice. I worked with Emma who was excellent, patient and knowledgeable. From a basic idea she designed a lovely necklace that my wife absolutely adores. They also did some work on our wedding bands which looked fab on completion. Great customer service and would definitely recommend.”

“My husband purchased my engagement ring from The Jewellery Studio in 2022. Tom helped him find the perfect diamond and managed the design for him - all under a tight deadline as we were due to fly abroad for holiday (where he would eventually propose!). Tom went above and beyond to create the most beautiful pear shaped ring, how could I say no! Because of the exceptional service provided to my husband, I returned to them this year to have my wedding band designed. I had an antique diamond necklace from my grandma which I wanted dismantled so the diamonds could be used for my new ring. Amanda was a dream to work with. She sketched out a design in front of me based on our discussion on how I wanted the wedding band to fit together with my engagement ring. Over the next few weeks she stayed in touch with me to make sure I was happy with every design stage. The end result was more stunning than I could have imagined (see their photo attached). “I recently had a lovely experience in the Cardiff store with a lady called Shana. I had been in and out of every store in Cardiff panic searching for an outfit for a wedding that was happening a few days later. I told Shana I needed a bag and she immediately asked what colour and told me she had the perfect dress for me out the back. They hadn’t gone out on the shop floor yet but she knew how well it would match - and it was perfect! She was incredibly kind, warm and smiley.
