rang the store asking them if they delivered labubu?s because i got a email saying my package has been delivered to jd and i was really confused because i haven?t ordered anything from JD neither have my family and my labubu order and the jd email has the same tracking number and she hanged up on me thinking i was kidding and i?m really disappointed in jd so 1 star rating.

Manners cost nothing, on a number of occasions I've purchased from this store, the youngsters that have served me have never used the words please and thank you. Basics in life.

It wasn?t a great shopping experience. I wasn?t allowed to try on both shoes at the same time and had to go to the counter to get the pair. I found this process unusual and inconvenient.

Wanted to purchase a pair of trainers, price was £160. Guy went to get them but on return there was only 1 trainer in the box and I was told to take the one off the display. ? I'm not paying for 1 new trainer and 1 that had been tried on by numerous amounts of people or that's been on display for hower long. The guy started arguing with me over the length of time and the amount ofpeople who may have tried them on. If this is how you operate then a big discount should be applied for a second hand/display items

Avoid phoning this shop at nights. I phoned tonight to ask whether they had something in stock just to go pick up tomorrow and instead of being polite about it she had attitude saying sorry shops closed and mumbled something i said ?sorry?? as i couldn?t understand her and she just hung the phone up on me. JD sort your staff out and train them properly on the phones, Not good customer service hanging up on people.
Judging by comments i?m not the only one who?s had issues with the staff

Clean and tidy. Great new stock in! But... staff are rude. Ignored queue with 3 behind till to talk between themselves. Didn't even look up when actually taking my money.

I really don't like JD. I always find the staff quite rude, they're youngsters and I'm an old git. Kids love it though. I had an issue with a refund and they actually sorted it without any fuss. Maybe I'm warming to the shop.
