Had a horrible experience in store today. Asked to try on two pairs of trainers. They left myself and my young child sat for 20 minutes before telling us they did not have either in stock in my size, yet the woman Sat to my left tried on one of the two brands in my size and did not want them, yet they were no longer in stock when I asked moments later.

I was scared for my life as soon as I stepped foot through the doors, first thing that hit my ears was some filth they call music with cuss words and explicit language, next thing you know I was being followed around the store by some badly dressed young lads who need to learn to start picking their pants up. I will be advising my own grandson from now on that he is not to hang about in these types of establishments, as i didn?t find the clothes in this so called ?shop? appealing to any people of my age especially, as one thing to mention i had a nasty fall going up the very narrow escalator with one man right infront of me watching the whole thing unfold but nowhere near offering to help me up, leading to me catching my flowery dress in the escalator making it rip and ruining my outfit for my hopeful adventure to pillars restaurant.

No stars if it was an option paid £320 for goods because They're till glitched during payment, payment still deducted from my bank account and had to walk away with no goods and minus 320 out of my account. No one cared just offered me the chance to purchase again and wait for the refund.... Staff are awful stood around gossiping and listening to the conversations instead of working. Will not be going back

Terrible customer service not only by the store but also from the customer help line. Purchasing a pair of trainers has been the most frustrating experience I?ve ever experienced. Waiting over 1 hour I store trying to find a missing trainer to then be told they can?t find it. So the trainers will be delivered to my home address the day after that has turned into a guessing game with no confirmation emails of purchase. Terrible trying to get through to the help line and not much help from store staff. LIVID!!!!!
