This shop is a wonderful place to visit, Sofia and the staff are helpful and friendly. There is a variety of quality used items from designer cloths, furniture, appliances, and much more, all suitably priced, especially on the 50% days. Overall, it has a nice atmosphere to shop, so give them a visit and grab yourself a bargain.

I have been to this shop few times. The manager Sophia ( Sofia) is very nice, helpful, warm and welcoming. She always greet customers with a nice smile and have a chat with them to make them feel welcome, shop is tidy and well organised. Rest of the staff are nice too. Keep up the good work!

I often come with my kids and husband. I will ALWAYS ALWAYS get told off but this unfriendly black african/ nigerian tall lady staff to make sure my kids tidy up after they view the toys WHICH THEY ALWAYS DO. Funny thing was, my husband was just right beside my kids while I was at the other section. Lady, you should have recognised me and my kids by now, but telling me continuously every blardy TIME I walk in is such a BIG turn off considering the fact that THIS is NOT MY FIRST TIME IN THE SHOP. My kids have ALWAYS ALWAYS put back the toys from where they got it from. If it shouldn?t be there in the first place, then my kids didn?t messed up the toys section. If you feel working in a charity section is too much for u, rearranging item is such a big hassle for u, then find something else to do. The middle section of where you put hats, bags is sooo cluttered and horribly displayed, so please focus on that first!! U have so much energy to tellme off about my kids but not even a smile or a thank you when I purchased items. This attitude has become rather annoying! I really want to support the charity shop but this attitude from this particular cashier person is such turn off.

I warned them several times about Allah frames shouldn't be on the floor. I popped in yesterday they were still on the floor. I shared another frame on the wall (just a coffee shop which can be stay on the floor) But Holly things on the floor. If you are Islamic shop you need to be sensitive about this kind of things.
