Fantastic service today. Popped in for a brake check as squealing noise when applying brakes. Quickly diagnosed brake calliper seized. Provided price and changed parts all in about 2 hours and back on the road. Just booked my MOT and service for next month.

Only had an oil and filter change, booked online on Friday and had an available slot on the Monday morning for me. Arrived at the allotted time, my vehicle was taken in straight away, I could see the chap doing it through the window as I waited in the waiting room. They came and told me it was done and gave me the invoice... all within around forty five to fifty minutes start to finish. Compared to other places where I have previously had to wait more than a week for an oil change and whenI'm there it seems to take about three hours for some reason..?? In and Out were absolutely fantastic compared to the others, and.. a little cheaper. Would definitely recommend and use again.

Booked my van in for an MOT to be carried out the next day. Love the online booking system and last minute availability. The staff were very helpful and friendly also. Would have been 5 stars however the waiting room was quite run down and actually pretty dirty. Also the water and coffee machines were not in use again.

The best and most trustworthy garage in Cardiff!My husband and I discovered this garage around 4 years ago, for MOT and service we always come here since then. Absolute gems in this garage I won't go anywhere else. I recently had my mot done here and after another main dealer completely messed up my exhaust. In and out went above and beyond too help get me back on the road. I would recommend these guys too anyone. If you want a garage you can trust this is it. Thank you all for everything you have done for me.

We booked the car in for an emergency car health check, well worth the small fee. They took the car and put it on the ramps and asked us what was wrong with the car, we described they smyptoms as best we could. They did the full check of the vehicle (all of the vehicle front to back and everywhere underneath) and found our problem whilst they reassured us that everything else was great with the vehicle they urged us to seek replacement front drop links as they were basically destroyed. They did not pressure us to get the fix done with them (which was great), and they didn't hesitate to book us in for two days later to sort the repairs. We have been struggling to find a garage to trust to carry out repaires to our vehicles as we have been stung badly by other garages, but, it was great to go somewhere and have a health check done get an answere to a problem we were having and have a quick turn around on the day of repairs ( less than an hour) and our reaon for our visit was taken care of. In all fairness, they were polite and knowledgeable, and the pricing was fair. I would definitely recommend them. I will definitely be going back to them in the future.

Cannot thank the team at Cardiff enough. Bent over backwards to help me today after my car failed an MOT at another garage. While the other garage told me they couldn?t fix until 8th December, in and out not only fixed it - they also fitted me in for another MOT (on my request) to save me trying to get back to the original garage for a retest.Excellent communication, hugely helpful and all done with a smile. Highly recommend this place.

Brilliant!!! A quick service and fixing of the car to get my business back onto the road. James on reception was especially helpful and key to this success by liasing with everyone in between to get it done.
