The complimentary vacuum signed should be removed. It's been over a month vacuum is not working and every week I waste my time going there to waste and vacuum but the vacuum it not available. They say it is not working but is not true. They use vacuum for the other more expensive washings. Most staff members are not friendly.

I've used this car wash twice, both times I've left feeling disappointed. My car was cleaner than when I went in but lots of areas missed and I've had to clean myself when I got home. It's cheaper than the hand car wash I usually go to but to be honest for the extra £2 I'd rather have the job done properly. Won't be going back.

The young lad with curly hair who was working at the bay at 1pm is absolutely disgusting. He has no respect whatsoever. This is absolutely garbage of customer service in 2023. He needs to be fired. The way he speaks to people is disgusting. We are paying customers!!@

Avoid at all cost. My brand new car was scratch up the bonnet and down the boot and their response was it must have been scratched before, Not our problem

He didn?t want to wash my car saying that is too high for a duster but in the same time he?s been washing a similar SUV . ?I take my car to Morrisons and they do it for 8.49 the premium wash on exterior.

Best IMO in Cardiff. I?ve tried all of them. All the nozzles and brushes work as they should unlike the others. Decent clean for the price. Never had a problem using the taxi discount here. Customer service is as expected. Saves money rather than going to a hand wash every time a bird decorates the car.

Really rude skinny man who huffs, puffs and drops his whole body when you do not drive how he wants you to even though he does not articulate himself clearly through the noise of the car wash and his poor physical gestures. I will not visit again.

I had a mini service (vacuuming but not washing carpets) and the car was returned to me smelling really strongly of chemical fumes. I had asked why some papers on the back seat had got wet and was told they had cleaned the floor. when I phoned to complain about the fumes I was told to bring the car down and they would sort it however when i arrived the owner/manager told me there was no smell and they used no chemicals and refused to accept that there was a problemService: Vacuuming

Been going here for a while to clean my car and since new owners have taken over, they have 0 customer service skills very rude, won?t be going back.
