I went in Iceland today and I stand in the queue with my stuff in my hand waiting to paid and I said is the card machine working today and she replied in attitude and said yes the some of the staff pretty good they don?t talk to you in a attitude but some of the staff does and it?s poor customer service
They don?t do their jobs they like to talk the staff sometimes stand their on the tills talking and their customers service it rude.

Placed an order in the morning, had time between 7pm-9pm notification came up unsuccessful delivery, I was in so Iceland get a one from me for delivery that goes out to all stores ,used to like this store but lately going downhill, things missing from order I have notice too. It will take more than a good delivery to trust them again

A lot if Indian food. The good is when you actually want cheap, fast store Indian . The bad is there's too much of it. We are in the UK not India. Other then that no problem.

Most of the freezer are empty like yesterday and I just walking out and one of the male staff members taking a piss out of a disability person who was in there very disappointed this day and age I would give this No stars need sort the staff out the big boss down hear and there freezer stuff empty last 3 day. And there are some staff on the tills and when busy all the other staff out the back talking and laughing

Had an Iceland delivery today 23/12/23.Sadly a few items missing. Quick phone call to the store to report the missing items and dealt with professionally by the store and delivered within a couple of hours too.Great service ? ?
