I visited the store this morning, did my shopping and then went to the cafe for some toast and coffee
Oh dear! The FOUR ladies on duty couldnt be any slower if they tried. The queue was unnecessarily long. The lady actually taking the orders and money continually touched her face especially her mouth. She had no motivation and very little in the way of customer service with a disinterested look in front of customers.
The other ladies didnt seem to want to engage with each other in fact i would say none of them liked the others such was the behaviours i witnessed.
As a customer service manager for 25 years, i was very disappointed to see such a lack of professionalism in the cafe in contrast to the helpful and friendly service from staff in the main body of the store. If you are looking for a new cafe manager please contact me

Great Shop with Everything I Need!
I really enjoy shopping here! The store has a good size, always clean and usually has nearly everything I need. I often visit to buy earplugs and sleeping masks, because I love the travel items they offer. It?s affordable and very convenient for all my needs. My travel pillow from here is one of my favorites!
The staff is always friendly and helpful, making the experience even better. I also want to thank them for selling Dubai chocolate! I first spotted it by the checkout and decided to try it out of curiosity. To my surprise, I absolutely loved it!

A Good selection of everything and places like HB just shows people how much the public are being ripped off by bigger supermarkets which are changing over the odds for the same items and making billions in profits every year.

I've been going here for about a year, I was surprised at what you can get here,they sell some clothes, there's also a good choice of toiletries,also plenty of cleaning products to choose from,also food frozen and fresh,also homeware pet food etc you can get most things here & prices are good
