The guy with curly brown hair wearing a cap was fantastic. Friendly, positive and knowledgable - a real asset to your team. I came in today to the Albany branch to get some rosemary oil and he recommended supplementing the oil with biotin to further help with hair growth. Really pleased with the service

I'm only ever there to get my click and collect subscription orders and the staff have always been great, friendly and helpful. Star docked because the door is not good/accessible as a cane user - heavy and not automated.

Click and collect at this store is nothing but an inconvenience. Three times I have used it, twice the items were wrong and the last time the items weren?t even there after receiving an email and text.Their solution was for me to purchase the items again off the shelf (more expensive) and get a refund on the click and collect. Completely unacceptable.I won?t be using this service again and unlikely to shop there in future.

This store is regularly staffed by students and part-time workers with very little product or H&B range knowledge. It appears as if there is no requisite for staff to acquaint themselves with any brand related products and services.Several click and collect orders have been made to this store and staff have been unable to locate them. I'm no longer in the market to purchase from H&B again, especially with so many other options. My money will go to a company that makes a conscious and concerted effort for customer service and where the expectation isn't that the customer goes the extra mile.
