I bought a helium balloon from Asda and they don't blow them up so was told about hobby craft they charged 7.50 just to blow the balloon up what a joke. I will not b going back there again over priced rip off

Not the best service on this trip and it was as though the staff had better things to do rather than answer questions on where stock was (I'd already looked in numerous places). Having looked online before going to the store to check stock level (the website showed they had stock) I was told rather abruptly they didn't have what I was looking for. As someone who used to work in retail I understand the staff know what they do and don't have and I have no problem with that but the way it was said could have been a little less brash. I almost apologised for interrupting her busy work day... The reality is that it's not a bad shop and most visits are normally better but in this occasion, it's only 1 star.

Really great customer service, they really go the extra mile. My click and collect order wasn't right and they managed to find my item at another store and have it delivered to me. The manager made good on his promise to sort things out. Really grateful for all their help! Would give them 6 stars if I could.
