Great experience and welcome by receptionist with coffee on arrival.The audiologist and the graduate trainee made me comfortable and at ease before hearing test commenced. Review of any hearing issues over last 12 months before ears checked for any wax buildup but none to be concerned about. Hearing test performed professionally with review of current status of hearing and comparison with status at previous review. Adjustment made to optimise my 'ear pods' on current ear test. Review conducted in a comfortable and very informative manner.Many thanks to all involved and my kind regards.

Very efficient and friendly service, from receptionist and dispenser.Was retested and my aids adjusted and reprogrammed to my requirements. Good to see the standards at Hidden Hearing are as good if not better than when I was a dispenser working for them several years ago, until I retired. This is why I had no hesitation in purchasing my own aids from them

Took my elderly dad for hearing test and was advised two aids. Still having a few early issues getting used to them, however the staff are lovely and very accommodating , their aftercare is excellent. Can't fault them. So patient, each time, going over each working part with my dad to exclude from fault. They also send replacement batteries promptly.Thank you
