Heathwood were clearly experts from the first call I had with them, where I needed to build up a subfloor, level it, and then install LVT. They delivered an excellent end result, and we're always on hand to resolve minor queries that came up during a whole house renovation.Highly recommended!

Martin gave confidence from the outset with a wealth of experience. Put together a value for money deal using our choice of Brampton Chase Brecon. Went in to visit the shop and Martin was excellent. Nathan came out and spent plenty of time with us showing us the products and taking us through the options. Clear knowledge of flooring and able to support us making the right choices for our home. Kept in communication throughout the process to make sure fitting dates where still okay. Jamie came out and spent 6 days screeding, fitting DPM and then fitting LVT throughout the entire downstairs of our home. Final outcome is amazing. I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Excellent service from start to finish.

Amazing service from measuring to fit. Martin was extremely helpful fitting everything around us, we were in a bit of a rush to get it done and the whole process was efficient and smooth. Martin spent time with us to find the right carpet and we?re really happy with the outcome!

I can?t recommend Heathwood Carpets highly enough. I have previously used them for carpets and when I wanted new flooring in my living room I contacted them again. Nathan came out and measured up and subsequently priced for new LVT flooring, removal of carpet and old parquet flooring and levelling off the floor. The fitters that carried out the work were very professional and their work was of a high standard. They boxed up the old parquet flooring for me for selling on and removed all the rubbish. All in all I was extremely pleased with everything from start to finish.

I went back to H C&F confidently having had a job done by them very satisfactory some years ago (hence not 1 star). To my surprise, I was stopped at the doore due to unprecedented sanitary discrimination by the worker, who didn't respect my polite request to honour my exemption rights.Shame. The competition from neighbourhood was fabulous and the job and my money and recommendation is going there.

Can?t thank Heathwood Carpets and Flooring enough for their wonderful work and service. After being let down by other providers for six months I reached out to them for help.Heathwood stepped in straight away and within ten days I finally had lovely, reasonably priced carpet covering bare floorboards. It was a delight to work with them and they?ll be my first port of call in future, I only wish I?d found them sooner!

Excellent service from Martin & Nathan, great choice of flooring to suit all budgets. Purchased Bathroom rigid LVT flooring few years ago, had such a great service I have come back recently and purchased the carpets, that were fitted by Dan who did an amazing job. Just completed the purchase of laminate flooring, due to be fitted next week.Martin and his team are a small local business who offer a great service with excellent quality products at prices that are competitive with the huge companies. I would highly recommend.
