Staff are friendly enough but always try to usher you to the paying in machine, I cant stand this pathological obsession with 'tech' and prefer the human touch to be honest. This branch seems to be 'closed' very often, and seemingly for any reason... very annoying and inconvenient.

Another Halifax bank with only one cash machine, as a general rule banks are useful and annoying at the same time waiting in queues is slowly becoming less of an occurrence now they have drop boxes for cheque payments. Natwest fairs slightly better in my opinion as the actively get employees to ask people in the queue if they can help them so that the queue actually is usually reduce, that's great surely.
