Really I am unhappy with the experience,bcz I booked an appointment to check my BM AC on 23/08/2025 @ 11.45 morning. I visited the store on time without any leak test or anything the staff refilled the AC GAS and charged 74.99 pound and they never checked the Cooling also after one hour waiting I speaked with the staff he said it?s cooling will be ok on next day , I leaved the store at 2.30 evening but I haven?t proper cooling in the next day I visited the store and said the car haven?t enough cooling with out any checks they said to me they can?t do anything. It?s really a bad experience I never refer anyone to do the inspection at Halfords.

I recently bought a bike in store. Tom assisted me with finding the right bike. He was very knowledgeable and provided an excellent service. I had to return the bike a week later due to an issue. Again, Tom helped me. He fixed the issue within a short period of time. He was very friendly and represented the company well. Cheers Tom.

Had a new battery fitted to my car yesterday,must say the experience from start to finish was first class. A young guy named Arden was exceptional,explained every detail and very polite. Keep an eye on this guy as he is a huge asset to Halfords. Thanks again Halfords, as I'm not used to this kind of first class service. Thanks.

Great store with a solid range of products. Stock availability can be a little inconsistent, but the team at the front desk were extremely helpful, friendly, and chatty. I managed to get the majority of the stuff I wanted, Definitely one of the better Halfords branches.

STILL WAITING FOR MY BIKE!!!!
Simple bike service - literally only £25 worth of work needed. Nothing out of the ordinary. ZERO COMMS from Halfords and been waiting 5 days now from when they told me it would be ready. Even been down to store - not ready. NOT EVEN A PHONE CALL TO APOLOGISE OR EXPLAIN THE DELAY. Useless. All customer service could tell me was the service is ?in progress?. Try to ring store - no one answers. WILL NOT USE AGAIN - how hard is a phone call to explain??

Went to the store this morning and spoken to a blonde girl explained my pure electric scooter charger works but my scooter till not turn on. I told her it was under warranty she turned round and said to contact pure electric when I brought it from
Halfords. Not very good customer service 2nd time this has happened. The staff duno what there taking about.
