I went into Halfords (Excelsior Rd, Cardiff) and asked if anyone had time to change my break lights, 20 minutes later all done and dusted. £24.99 for both lights. Courteous and efficient serve as always. Thank you.

I just wanted to say a big thankyou to halfords for sorting out my car this morning. My battery died last night as I was leaving the house to go away for the weekend, I was very stressed. BUT, the team were super friendly, efficient and explained everything very clearly to me. I'm now back on the road and I couldn't recommend them higher! Hoping the guys that dealt with me read this so they know their efforts are very appreciated ?

Brilliant service when my car wouldn’t start and needed a new battery.
The phone operator answered at once and checked with my local Hadfield’s to make the battery was in stock so that I didn’t have a wasted journey.
She was highly efficient with an excellent phone manner.

Excellent service at Halfords Wester Avenue Cardiff today. Needed a new battery. Tony from Newport who was working in Western Avenue today was brilliant. Went above and beyond and was very thorough. Saved me over £30 as-well which was a massive bonus!! Defo be going back to Halfords. Also, defo recommend signing up for the premium motoring club for big savings.

My husband visited Excelsior Road branch this morn 9am fr a rear brake bulb to be fitted. One boy tried admitted he couldn't do it, no other person available! In a big place like this...really? Not good at all, where are the staff - useless.

Rude unhelpful bike mechanic staff. Spoke to a bald guy with a neck beard very rude and u helpful. Their customer service line specifically told me they have a wheel which they don?t have. Basically told me it?s not their problem. Awful service from a company which used to be very good. I don?t reccomend Halfords to anyone. 0 stars.

Brilliant service from Carl today , really went the extra mile finding the correct windscreen wipers when they weren?t showing as in stock. He fitted them efficiently and with good knowledge.
