A few months ago I had a flat tire and couldn?t get to any branches, I phoned the north road branch and Julian and Morgan came and helped me get a new tire and change and service my other tires despite this not being in their job description. I am so greatful for them helping me out as I was stranded with my friends and we were just trying to get to the bay for some lunch

Staff on front desk are lovely that?s as far as it goes companies after a quick buck two garages have told me different fails your car on mot and won?t fit the work in until the 10 days are up, avoid!!! highly disappointed you would think a big company would be reputable in their work and practise but just con men

Impeccable service received from Dave and Julian today when I was forced to make impromptu stop due to engine noise/ activated management light. Although the garage appeared busy, they promptly assisted and rectified the problem allowing me to continue my journey to visit a vulnerable client and fulfilling work commitments. Hugely appreciated and would highly recommend.

Excellent service as always, from Julian and the team at Halfords Autocentre, North Road, Cardiff. I phoned up first this morning to discuss an issue that occurred last night with my car. Julian was very accommodating, managed to squeeze me in to his busy schedule and the issue was investigated and resolved to my satisfaction. I have made use of Halfords Autocentre at North Road, for a number of years for the MOT, servicing and repair needs of my family. Highly recommended.
