“Popped in to see if they could do a cut and blow dry. A customer hadn't turned up so was offered the time. Marina cut my hair just as I wanted it. I've lived in Cardiff all my life, why have I never found this salon before? The first time in 40 years that I haven't got home and redone my hair because it wasn't right. Nicola and Luke always welcome me like an old friend and the time I spend having my hair cut and coloured is always a rejuvenating experience. But it wasn't until I decided to chop my hair short last year that I had Charlotte as my stylist. She is a talented stylist who is always able to give me the cut and color that I want, even if it's something different each time. And I often do!The whole team are incredibly knowledgeable about hair care. Charlotte always takes the time to explain how to style my hair at home and what products to use. She is also very friendly and easy to talk to, which makes the whole experience very enjoyable.I highly recommend Paradox to friends and family looking for a great haircut and/or color.
