If anyone is looking to have their ears pierced I would highly recommend this place. Bex who pierced my ears was very friendly and thorough and explained the procedure very well. Excellent customer service throughout the store. :)

I would give no stars at all.The way older lady was talking and answering to my questions, made me feel so uncomfortable, like I'm from lover class and what am I doing in that posh and expensive shop. Without a reason she had made her first impression about me. It's really sad. Why in other jewellery shop's around, which are selling more expensive jewellery, everyone was so welcoming and with so polite attitude and of course I chose their service.H. Samuel you are loosing clients, because you have so incompetent staff!

We took my wife's ring into the store for a diamond to be replaced/repaired and the service that we received from the Store Manager (Mike) was amazing and definitely went above and beyond what we could ever have expected. We will certainly be returning to the Cardiff store should we need to purchase and further items and will definitely recommend the Cardiff store to all our friends and family.

A few months ago I bought a pair of gold earrings with a red ruby, I paid £140. I also paid insurance. Well, the earrings turned black and I took them to the store to find out what happened because they changed color since gold never changes color. (I asked why they think this happened and the employees gave me incoherent answers). It is assumed that they cleaned them so that even the ruby ??changed from red to purple.This is really embarrassing because the store is very popular but the items and employees are too bad.

Amazing experience recently in the Cardiff showroom. Was served by Becky who couldn't have done enough for me. I purchased two 9ct Gold Chains for gifted pendants and they are perfect, pricing was VERY reasonable and the insurance purchased is such a piece of mind i'd recommend to everyone!Go give Becky a visit if you're looking for a one-stop shop in the centre :D

Really pleased with the service I got from Laura at H Samuels. I went to many shops that wanted to charge £50 to help resize a watch my fiancé got for me which was extortionate imo as only needed 2 of them off however when I came here they offered me a great deal. The watch was resized quickly and professionally. Really pleased with the fit and more importantly the service here!!

I bought a watch here for about 100 pounds and was satisfied with the quality. But once asked about the gold ring and how much does it weigh? To which the consultant could not give me an answer. It's amazing how can I buy a ring!? if it doesn't even list the weight and I can't figure out if it's expensive or not.

The male staff were lovely the female staff were so unfriendly to the point I was going to buy an almost £300 ring but I chose not to buy it because the women was so unfriendly and did not help at all the customer service was shocking, also took too long doing everything for us took her about half hour just to do one small job
