Food cold and very poor quality. Chicken goujons from previous day and reheated. Poor food quality is regular in this store. Reported before and no improvement. Just look at the picture. Would not feed them to a seagull

The breakfast we ordered : 2 bacon rolls and a bacon and sausage baguette, there was so much butter it was inedible. The butter was so thick even the heat from the bacon and sausage failed to melt it. I scraped lumps of butter off with a table spoon TWICE. I'm happy to send photos!!!

Called in for lunch, plenty available to choose from. Went with the cheese salad meal deal. Have to say very tasty the baguette was fresh and crispy (some other Greggs are undercooked). Staff friendly and will go there again if I'm in the area ?

It's Gregg's. The staff are fine, but not top quality workers. The food and drink is fine, but not top quality. But you don't go to Gregg's looking for Michelin star food. If I want a cheap coffee and I'm in the area, I'll come back.Dietary restrictions: Greggs is really, really bad for gluten free. They have tiny packs of overly sweet gluten free chocolate brownies, their drinks are gluten free, and I think that's about it. They could do a lot better if they tried.
