Ordered online for collection but when I checked phone, it looked like I?d missed the collection slot, reordered and then showed 2 purchases, tried to cancel one but couldn?t. Lady in shop was excellent and gave me a note for the same to use again, great customer service and breakfast roll lovely as usual.

I came in on Saturday, it was very busy however the young lad with the glasses made sure i got served while serving another customer, food was hot and perfect, the whole team was great and service was amazing

The team yet again helped us out catering for a work buffet for 50 persons, top service, always helpful, understands the business needs of others, food is top notch and good portion sizes too not like most these days

Came in at 17:55 and they were closing at 18:00. My pregnant wife ordered a tea, woman serving huffed loudly after each item we tried to order. was asked if the tea was takeaway to which she said yes, and server replied, well we?re closing in 5 minutes?!
She asked if they had anything savoury as there was nothing in the counter, to which she replied no, just what?s here (motioning to 4-5 cakes left), so she ordered a cake instead, which she didn?t really want. Then 2 boys came in immediately after, asked for 3 sausage, bean cheese melts, to which the server walked around to the LOADS of bakes at the side of the counter and put three in a bag for them ?. Proper weird!
And they didn?t attach the lids to our hot drinks so nearly dropped them all over us when leaving
