The lady at the counter sold me shitty coffee on the 16th of November 2024, told her several times to add cream and caramel to my mocha but she didn?t, worst coffee I have ever had.

My partner and I went in to the store and bought two baguettes and two bakery?s went home and had them for lunch she then had a bad stomach for the rest of the afternoon and was sick almost every half hour through most of the night this was concerning as we have a nine month old child and she was unable to feed him or look after him and I have had to take the day off work so help look after him and look after her I?ve had a Greggs many times in my life and maybe this is a one off thing but it should never have happened and the staff really need to figure out what went wrong and fix it as this is unacceptable

Apart from the usual Happy Greggs experience - Pastries and Cakes ? and really nice Rolls; their Bacon (and Sausage) Rolls ?? are lovely!
Cheap price at £2.40 and 3/4 rashers of nicely cooked Bacon, in an always Fresh Roll ?

Visited twice in this same week for our free pizza and hot drink, also purchased a pack of sandwiches, bottle of water and a shortbread gingerbread biscuit. Very tasty! ? yum. their magheritta pizza was the best one I've ever tasted, very freshly prepared and nice portion too, get more for your money than in the pizza places these days. Hot chocolate absolutely beautiful. Overall atmosphere was very peaceful, comfortable seating, friendlier service. Nice little cafe. My new favourite place. ?

I went into Greggs Well-field road for breakfast and the staff are always happy and friendly. Definitely recommend, the food is always fresh and the Carmel lattes are amazing.

Nice to have a change by coming here than my usual lunchtime food.Not been here since just before I moved up East but they are still great value for money and I am happy to pop in here when I am next in the area.

Horrendous service. We arrived at about 3pm on Wednesday the big guy behind the counter almost spat at us for not understanding how to order. As tourists we didn't understand we ordered at the hatch paid at the cash register. Zero hot baked goods available except sausage rolls. Terrible coffee.
