I am Disabled and since they moved about further up the street I now have to park in the Disabled bay in the car park which is a big distance away from tge new shop. Anyway I get to the shop tgat was supposed to open at 7am and GUESS WHAT THEY WERE CLOSED TOTALLY DISGUSTED WITH GREGGS.

I came into your store this morning for a bacon roll with red sauce. It was cold but the lids wasn't on breakfast to keep breakfast warm as a work colleague in a greggs store you are meant to keep lids on breakfast as it's greggs rules

I?m absolutely disgusted, knowing they?ve purposely not answered the phone just because it?s 15 mins to close, I know on purpose they weren?t going to answer the phone because they don?t care about there job properly or even customer health and safety. Disgusting not to answer the phone. I needed you to be aware that I had a disgusting light blonde or silver hair in my 4 pack of jam doughnuts, I am livid, ask your staff to put hair up and tide back completely. I am disgusted and feel ill that this has happened to me.

Absolutely amazing service every time I go in there staff are always polite friendly and make your day service is second to none one in a million please these guys need to be looked after and definitely deserve a pay rise as they are the heart of your business massive shot out to the staff I see on a regular basis who this message is for which is Leia, Stephen and Sam you guys are amazing keep doing what your doing :)
