Visited store to purchase a tent peg hammer/pull which I had pre checked online. Online it didn't say it needed age verification (unlike obvious items like knives and solvents) and in the shop it didn't have signs saying age verification was required. One of the middle-aged female staff member was very rude and unprofessional at the checkout.
