I?ve use GAP for all my windows and doors. The branch manager Boby is first class. Cannot do enough to help. Alfie and Dave are extremely helpful as well.

We ordered our sliding doors from GAP Ltd Cardiff North last year. We had them fitted and found the outside panels were the wrong size (to short) and rain was getting in because of this. Since having them fitted in August 2020 we are still waiting for a panel and yes water is still getting in. I've lost count how many times I've rang GAP to ask when or if this outside panel has arrived and I get the same response "we'll check and get back to you" but they never do.

Always buy my materials from GAP as they are very competitive. Bobby is always happy to help and is very knowledgeable of all the products whatever your looking for anytime I call through the day, on the ball with emails which is paramount when quoting jobs, very professional and an absolute credit to the company ??

Iv used all the gaps in Wales but this is the best.the manager is the best manager ever and he loves his job welldone manager
