Atmosphere:The place was very well decorated and the atmosphere was really friendly but somewhat awkward when it came to asking for the bill.Food:The food was amazing and beautifully decorated. It all looked extremely appetising. The dessert took super long to come though, we had only ordered two chocolate brownies and a mint chocolate chip ice cream.Service:The service was good, but not great. The waitress (there was only one) was really nice to us and helpful (not dropping her name), but there was one thing: it was hard to get her attention, she talked to the staff, who were eating near the bar, whilst we raised our hands waiting for her to come. We also ordered a refill Fanta and she walked away to get our desserts and never came back with the Fanta.Overall:Five stars, definitely would come again.Suggestions:Faster service and somebody hanging around to take the bill when a customer is waiting, just to avoid people from getting the awkward hand raising for 20 minutes experience we had.

Food way overpriced for the portion size and presentation. Yes it's a F&Bs but it's still important to care about how you serve the food. Tom who looked after us was great. Shame certain things aren't available on weekends eg lunch time menu, refills etc. Overall was an ok visit.

Went to Frankie and Benny's yesterday. We parked just outside. It was very family/child friendly. Our waiter Thomas was very polite and helpful. He asked us if we had any allergies prior to taking our order and then went out of his way to serve us all that we asked. The food was exceptional and was served fresh and hot.The restaurant and toilet facilities were very clean. Our party consisted of adults, children and a small toddler. A high chair was available. We were all catered for with courtesy and efficiency. I even had a song for my birthday.I will/ have recommended and will definitely return. Special thanks to Thomas.Thank you.Dietary restrictions: We had no dietary restrictions person, however our needs were fully considered.Parking: The restaurant is located in a multivenue entertainment area.Kid-friendliness: High chairs were available. Food options for children . Friendly staff made the experience enjoyable.

Had some trouble with just eat where my order was stuck in an error however after contacting the restaurant the manager Chris and another employee Ben were incredibly helpful in getting my food to me as well as a refund.

Always have a lovely dining experience, with a lovely atmosphere. Good music and lovely staff. This particular evening we had nudja pasta x2 and a calzone and were all pleased this evening we were served by "Tom" who was exceptionally pleasant and a delightful personality.

Cannot complain about our service from the staff who were quick taking our order and attentive. However, the food was poor for the price paid. My salmon was definitely from frozen, as was the garlic mash with it. The broccoli was the only thing fresh on the plate and was a little hard. Drinks are expensive. Will not be rushing back.
