I visited today and the staff could not be more helpful. They helped me find trainers in my size and style I wanted when the exact ones I was looking at were out of stock. Whilst waiting for trainers to be brought for me to try on, I was approached by multiple smiling staff asking if they could help me. They made me feel seen, and like my custom was valued. Will definitely be returning. Thank you to all the staff today

A Big massive thanks to Muaaz and Ollie, who were exceptionally helpful. originally I went to buy shoes for my daughter I ending up buying 4 pairs, Muaaz spent time locating some top design Adidas for me, I ended buying 3 different colours and one pair of shoes for my daughter. I have to say he was very knowledgeable with products and the fashion trends. Thank you once again. Until next time

Even though the music selection was not the best, I find the shoes and the clothes very appealing, as I recently bought a pair of Jordans that looked quite nice on me, and as kids in the younger generation say, I got the drip. I can now show off my new outfits and creps in my weekly bingo sesh.

When are they looking for some shoes? A gentleman came up to me asked if I needed help I said no thank you and then this African-American gentleman came up to me. I told him I?m just looking at the minute. I just want to have a look and he came up to me and whispered in my ear. Stop giving me attitude or else that?s a member of staff from the store Very bad experience from the store never shop there again

Checked trainers to wrap as a present and one trainer is absolutely disgustingly stinking dirty. Inside on the rim on the tongue how the hell was this missed to check each trainer size and they are white trainers. Rang the store three times no one can be bothered to pick up the phone pathetic customer service

Me and my friend went to buy trainer today and we ask to get size to one of the skinny lady staff she just gave us 2 minutes to go through trainer (as if we could have robbed the trainer)and ask the trainer back. And when we went to counter for check out the price was different from the demo and when we ask the lady she said the price tag was wrong on demo shoe . Very bad service.

Footlocker in St David?s is probably the best selection of footwear you can find in Cardiff. The store is always tidy!

Shame I couldn?t do 0 stars as giving a 1 pains me . What a Terrible company .my son Bought trainers at the Cardiff store and was given 2 right trainers . I Sent them back 2 months ago as requested and still not had a refund . Endless emails (56) and phone calls and still nothing . I live 90 mins away from the store. My son visited the store today on the train and he was shrugged off as they were too busy . I was told there was only one manager working in the Cardiff store yet I?ve spoken to 3 in one week . Never buy from the store they are awful . £ 90 I am owed ?

My son purchased trainers and was given two right trainers but didn't realise until he returned home from swansea.
Despite over 50 emails back and forth, two personal visits in person and was assured by the male manager that it was all going to be sorted we are still awaiting a refund
