It was very quiet when I visited so service was extremely fast. It was lovely that the staff were singing to the radio, it really made it feel like they enjoyed being there and that happiness is infectious.

I visited the Cardiff Bay branch with my girl, and was delighted by the exceptional service provided by Nadira. She was incredibly kind and welcoming, taking the time to help us choose our burgers and suggesting various toppings. The burger and fries were absolutely delicious, and the atmosphere was relaxed and inviting. Thank you, Nadira, for your outstanding service.

Ordered a takeaway, only to get home and find out that they?d got the order mixed up, leaving my wife (who is allergic to cheese) with a burger full of cheese. Once raised to customer support, I was informed that I was lying and that I?d consumed all the food; despite the fact that it was a takeaway. Terrible, terrible, terrible.

The staff and food at the red dragon centre branch were so welcoming, accommodating and fantastic. We had a large group of boys, 21 orders in total, and they were amazing with us. The service was quick and they were so helpful. The food was also great quality and so tasty. Thank you so much to all the staff for helping us feed all the boys and being so friendly and helpful. It was much appreciated.

A Tad Pricey I?m not going to lie. Although the milkshakes are banging I wouldn?t always pay £6 and it doesn?t do much for allergens ( ie gluten) or much vegetarian options but the burgers look great. Staff were really friendly and welcoming and it was really clean in there.

The food was mid, good fries but the burger was not very hot and honestly not amazing, I still enjoyed it because I was with someone I love, I?m still happy I tried it though :)

Greasy fries... ,terrible hotdog, meat quality questionable... Customer care very good, but it will not fix food quality.
