“I recently had a lovely experience in the Cardiff store with a lady called Shana. I had been in and out of every store in Cardiff panic searching for an outfit for a wedding that was happening a few days later. I told Shana I needed a bag and she immediately asked what colour and told me she had the perfect dress for me out the back. They hadn’t gone out on the shop floor yet but she knew how well it would match - and it was perfect! She was incredibly kind, warm and smiley. She also signed me up to the member programme so I had some discount off. Really amazing experience - thank you!”

I must have about 30 pairs of their trainers which I have bought over last couple of years, that is without my numerous boots etc.”

As an adult male who never had any piercings before i was very apprehensive to get my ear pierced. I read all the reviews saying that it was bad but that was far from the truth with my experience. I was in and out in a flash, they gave me the right information and took care of me. It didn't hurt during the piercing and the staff were lovely.”
