I recently purchased a Toyota C-HR from this showroom, and my experience was excellent. Sunjay Singh the customer sales executive, was extremely friendly and took the time to explain everything clearly and thoroughly. His professional yet approachable manner made the entire process smooth and stress-free. I made a trip from Birmingham to Wales for the day which ended up me breaking down, my car was towed to Evans Halshaw Vauxhall where I was supported by Jordan who was absolutely fantastic.
The dealership I am with was not interested in helping me deal with the breakdown of the car which I am still paying on Finance (Robins and Day Birmingham Central)
Jordan was very helpful, kept my in the loop when he discover what needed repairing on my car.
Yesterday (26th of June) I met Jordan in Cardiff to collect my car in person he was fantastic, still very helpful throughout.
5 Stars all round.

I saw the car on Autotrader being sold at Evans Halshaw. It was a good price and very low mileage. On a side note I didn?t know that Evans Halshaw sold cars as outside it mostly displays Motability vehicles. We arrived at the car park and found the vehicle that was being advertised. A few minutes later a young woman (Katie Webb) came out and asked if she could help. She arranged an immediate test drive. Katie talked through all the options and extras available and the experience was faultless. Katie was extremely professional and friendly too. I also part exchanged my old vehicle and was given a very good trade in price. After all my documents were processed I drove off with the vehicle. As there was not time to wash the car as it was late in the day (my fault) Katie has arranged for me to take the car back to have a wash (not that it really needs it) Katie made what could have been a stressful experience a great one. I would certainly recommend them if you are looking for a new car.

How these people have good reviews, I?ll never know. Booked in to see a car but they had managed to leave the lights on overnight and drain the battery so I could not take it away same day. Assured me any delivery would be covered and then tried to back track and tell me the conversation never happened when I know for a fact it did. I had sold my car on the basis of our conversation so I am now without a vehicle and I can only assume they thought that because of this, they had me backed into a corner and could get out of honouring that they agreed. Dan also tried to give me a finance quote but they just make the balloon payment higher so the monthly payments looked lower that my current deal and didn?t disclose this until I asked about it. Told them to stick the car and refund me the fee because they are clearly not operating above board and I wouldn?t trust as car from them anymore anyway. Honestly don?t give your money to these liars

I bought a used car recently here with the help of Rhys Ebdon. As a woman shopping alone, I wasn't taken seriously at another dealership nearby, so after that I was really relieved to receive great service from Rhys here. I saw several other staff members on my visits and all were equally friendly and professional, creating a relaxed atmosphere. There was no pressure to buy at all, and I was given a lot of time and everything was explained well. They were flexible with collection which was a great help. There isn't really any feedback I could give to improve, I would be happy to recommend to friends
