I've had two service advisors telling me two different things that are wrong with my van.

I bought a car from them in October 2024. By June the engine had to be replaced, with the car only driving 4000 miles. Which had to be covered under my extended warranty. The whole process took forever, and even with repeated requests they refused to supply me with a curtesy car. I spent a month walking to work in the rain every day. There communication was terrible. I constantly had to phone them to get updates on what was going on. All in don?t purchase a car from them. They?ll sell cars that are broken that have been ?checked by their mechanics?. All in all terrible service.

Amazing service from citroen repair services rhys who deals with the customer care team was amazing from start to finish informed me of everything that was wrong with my car giving me reguarl updates by the time I went back to collect my car he had prices for me to have a service and repairs and explained everything that it needed l. I also have a warrenty with a company I brought the car from and he swiftly put through the claim with them accepting and him phoning me back once they did and fitted my car back in an the service team carried out an amazing service on my car aswell as fixing the issue it went in for. nothing was too much trouble for them very polite and happy on the phone will definitely be taking my car back when repairs are needed even gave me a quote for the service they provide very very happy it's like I have a brand new car again so thank you alot of my worrys are now gone

Fantastic experience purchasing a used Vauxhall Corsa from Corey Palmer at Evans Halshaw. Corey was knowledgeable, highly professional and courteous throughout. Having not changed my car for a number of years I was expecting a little stress, however Corey went above and beyond to ensure my purchase was processed quickly, efficiently and with relative ease.
